How we approach emergency storm response
Twin Cities summers bring straight-line winds and derechos, and late spring snow can snap limbs still carrying new leaves. Our storm line is staffed around the clock during storm season, and we triage calls by risk: trees on occupied homes and blocked emergency access come first.
Our first job is to make the site safe. We remove weight from the structure, tarp openings with our roofing partners, and document everything with photos for your insurance adjuster. Full cleanup can follow the same day or be scheduled once the neighborhood is stable.
